Leather has been hand cut and made into a cuff with a starquilt design and the words "never forgotten". The cuff measures 9 1/2" long and 1 1/2" wide.

The white cuffs are made of vinyl. Adjustable closures allow the cuff to be secured at 7" or 8". Handmade by Henry Hudspeth.
